Designer e fotógrafa, Lilli Meira nasceu em Belo Horizonte (1971) e vive em São Paulo.
Pós graduou-se em fotografia e em psicanalise pela Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, FAAP. Atua no campo das artes à partir da fotografia onde desenvolve seu trabalho buscando conexão entre o ser humano e o fazer fotográfico.

SOBRE O TRABALHO.

Para mim, a fotografia de paisagem é uma poderosa ferramenta para investigar a complexa condição humana e as diversas forças que a moldam. Utilizando a imagem como meio de expressão artística, busco criar uma conexão emocional e intelectual com o espectador, estabelecendo assim uma dialética entre a arte e a ciência. Através dessa abordagem, compartilho minha visão de mundo e convido o observador a refletir e considerar suas próprias experiências e perspectivas. Desse modo, surge uma alquimia entre a arte a investigação e a exploração, permitindo que a essência da condição humana, ecoe em cada individuo em todas as suas nuances e matizes.

Designer and photographer, Lilli Meira was born in Belo Horizonte (1971) and lives in São Paulo. She obtained postgraduate degrees in photography and psychoanalysis from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, FAAP. She works in the field of art, starting from photography, where she develops her work seeking a connection between the human being and the photographic practice.

ABOUT THE WORK. For me, landscape photography is a powerful tool to investigate the complex human condition and the diverse forces that shape it. Using the image as a means of artistic expression, I seek to create an emotional and intellectual connection with the viewer, thus establishing a dialectic between art and science. Through this approach, I share my worldview and invite the observer to reflect and consider their own experiences and perspectives. In this way, an alchemy between art, investigation, and exploration arises, allowing the essence of the human condition to resonate in each individual in all its nuances and shades.
